Shipping Fees & Charges

• Free domestic shipping on all orders
  
• For international orders > THB 10,000 shipping fees will be calculated at checkout

The total price shown at checkout includes all applicable shipping costs

For domestic orders, if the package arrives with severe exterior damage, please inspect the contents and notify us within 24 hours with an unboxing video. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

The company reserves the right to update shipping policies without prior notice.

Shipping Time and Order Tracking

• Domestic shipping: Approximately 3 - 5 business days.

If a package is undelivered due to the absence of a recipient, it will be returned to the sender, and refunds will not be available under any circumstances. For inquiries regarding shipping, please contact us via LINE @syllstudio

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer or the recipient's absence, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Refunds will not be issued for packages abandoned or returned due to customer failure to receive.
